1. Seller identification
This document establishes the terms and conditions under which ROURI (hereinafter, “the store”) offers products through its website RÓURI OFFICIAL – Rouri. The store is registered under the corporate name ROURI SL., with its registered address at Passatge Sert N°5, Barcelona 08003, and Tax Identification Number (CIF) B56278070.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, and using our website, as well as making purchases, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without any limitation or reservation. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these terms before making any purchase.
3. Products and prices
3.1 Product Description
The store specializes in the sale of fashion apparel and accessories. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions, photographs, or any other content are free from errors. If a purchased product substantially differs from its description, you may exercise your right of return as detailed later in this document.
3.2 Product Availability
Product availability is subject to stock levels. In the event that a requested item is not available, we will contact the customer to offer an alternative or issue the corresponding refund.
3.3 Prices
All prices displayed in the store include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will maintain the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.
3.4 Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discounts, and coupons are valid for the period of time indicated in each case and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
4. Purchase Process
4.1 Registration
To make purchases, the customer may choose to register or complete the purchase as a guest. Registration requires providing accurate and up-to-date information, such as name, shipping address, and email. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account and password.
4.2 Order Confirmation
Once the order is placed, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing the purchase details. This email represents the store’s acceptance to process the transaction. If you do not receive the email, we recommend checking your spam folder or contacting us directly.
4.3 Payment Methods

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

5.3 Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination location. Estimated delivery times:

Shipping within Spain: 24 to 48 business hours

Shipping within the EU: 3 to 4 business days
Please note that these times may be affected by external conditions such as holidays, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
5.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight and delivery address. The total cost will be displayed during checkout before finalizing the order.
For a better shopping experience, we recommend checking shipping costs on both our website and AMPHORA’s official website, as prices vary depending on distance and destination country.
For customers within the European Union (EU):

Prices include VAT: All prices shown for EU customers include Value Added Tax (VAT).

No additional charges: There are no extra taxes or customs duties for deliveries within the EU. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
For customers outside the EU:

Exclusions apply: Prices displayed on our website do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees for orders shipped outside the EU.

Customer responsibility: Any additional customs-related charges must be paid by the recipient. ROURI has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts, as customs policies vary by country.

Check local regulations: We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on duties, taxes, and import regulations before completing your purchase.

Customs declarations: We are legally required to declare the full value of all items and label them as merchandise. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue products to reduce customs fees.

Delays and additional costs: Customs procedures may cause delivery delays beyond our initial estimates. Any additional costs due to customs delays are the customer’s responsibility.
5.5 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
5.6 Delivery Issues
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons beyond ROURI’s control —such as the recipient’s absence or incorrect shipping details— the package will be returned to our logistics center. The customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs for a new delivery attempt. These costs will be communicated prior to resending the package.
5.7 Delivery Liability
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, including strikes, natural disasters, logistical issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the store’s control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Return Period
Customers have 20 calendar days from the date they or an authorized third party (other than the carrier) receive the product to request a return. During this period, no justification for withdrawal is required.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags intact. Products must be returned in perfect condition along with all included accessories. Credit notes are valid for 90 calendar days from the date of issue.
6.2 Return Procedure
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Once your request is confirmed, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided by our team.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as stated in Article 108 of Law 3/2014, dated March 27.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

6.4 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. However, your bank may take additional time to credit the amount. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6.5 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at rouri.official@gmail.com, providing your order number and photos of the defect. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a refund or replacing the item.
All our textile products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, amended by Law 7/2021).
This warranty covers defects present at the time of delivery but does not apply to issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
6.6 Exchanges
The process for exchanges is the same as for returns. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or item, please email rouri.official@gmail.com and we will provide further instructions.
7. Data Protection
In compliance with personal data protection regulations, any information you provide when making a purchase will be used exclusively to process and manage your order. We will not share your personal data with third parties except when necessary for order fulfillment or to comply with legal obligations.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and ROURI’s official social media accounts —including but not limited to images, text, logos, designs, photographs, videos, and other audiovisual materials— constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of ROURI and is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of these materials, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from ROURI, constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights, as established by the Intellectual Property Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, April 12).
Additionally, any unauthorized use of images, texts, or content involving individuals —whether ROURI’s team or external collaborators— may harm the honor, reputation, and integrity of the company and affected individuals, as protected by Organic Law 1/1982 on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Privacy, and Self-Image.
8.1 Penalties for Infringement
Civil Penalties:

Compensation for damages resulting from the unauthorized use of intellectual property rights, under Article 140 of the Intellectual Property Law.

Immediate cessation of the infringing activity, including the removal of illegally used content.

Restitution of any profits obtained from unauthorized use of protected materials.
Criminal Penalties:
Serious intellectual property infringements may constitute criminal offenses and result in fines or imprisonment of up to 4 years, in accordance with Article 270 of the Spanish Penal Code.
Violations involving honor, privacy, or self-image rights may also lead to additional sanctions, including public disclosure of the court ruling and obligations to compensate for moral damages.
ROURI reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions, both civil and criminal, against any individual or entity infringing its intellectual property rights or harming the company’s reputation.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Transactions made through our store are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
