SHIPPING POLICY

At RÓURI, we work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Please review the information below before placing your order.


ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 business hours.

  • Dispatch time refers to the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

  • 4 to 8 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Delays may occur due to external factors such as customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

  • Dispatch time (24-48 hours) is separate from delivery time.


TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

Customers within the European Union (EU)

  • VAT included: All prices displayed include Value Added Tax (VAT).

  • No additional customs charges: There are no extra duties or taxes for deliveries within the EU.

  • The price shown at checkout is the final price paid.

Customers outside the European Union (EU)

  • Taxes and duties not included: Prices do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees.

  • Customer responsibility: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Refusing Payment of taxes: Shipping will be deduced from the refund if the customer refuses to pay taxes once the package has arrived to destination. 

Important:

  • We are legally required to declare the full value of items and mark shipments as merchandise.

  • We cannot declare orders as gifts or undervalue items.

  • Customs clearance may cause delivery delays beyond our estimated timeframes. Any additional costs resulting from customs delays are the responsibility of the customer.


ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking allows you to follow your shipment in real time until delivery.


DELIVERY ISSUES

If a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons beyond RÓURI’s control — including but not limited to:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • recipient absence

  • failure to collect the package

…the order may be returned to our logistics center.

In such cases:

  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

  • Reshipping costs will be communicated before a new delivery attempt is made.
